Upgrading an Acre of Nothing

We moved into an acre with no landscaping done at all. There were a few gravel pits with weeds coming out, but that was it. Our master plant included, adding a walkway, building a dock on our pond property, building a deck, play sets, burn pit and stone patio! (After the house gets resided!)
